I nearly puked at the gym last Thursday.

I did something called interval training for the first time, and man, was my body unprepared for it!

The second I stopped cycling I lay my head on the handle, in an attempt not to hurl and create a humiliating scene.

Thankfully, I recovered after 23 minutes of crouching down without moving. I still have trouble walking today but to think of the nastiness it could have turned out to be… Whew!

Anyway, this “hard work you’re not prepared for” situation reminds me of the kind of blood, sweat and tears in the quest to build a fat profitable list.
