		<description>I believe this FTC will cause GREAT impact to the internet marketing world. On the bright side, there will be less hype and fluff in this arena. 

Nevertheless, it didn&#039;t effect much on us who lived outside US (unless all the countries around the world implement this FTC). Basically, we still can choose to ignore this FTC if we want (JUST don&#039;t sell to US citizens). But of course we will lose a big portion of potential profits - the US market. 

By the way, I&#039;m not a lawyer. Please get true legal advice from a lawyer to figuring out how you should respond to the new regulations.
